World Biodiversity Day

In the past 100 years, more than 90 percent of crop varieties have disappeared from farmers’ fields. Half of the breeds of many domestic animals no longer exist, and the world’s top 17 fishing grounds are being exploited to their sustainable limits.

It is very important that this trend is broken. We must take care of all the 3 seats of life: water, earth and air. Governments must urgently install environmental policies and legislation that take care of our resources, instead of handing them over for excessive exploitation. We as individuals must collaborate, using recycling as a tool for change.
