Methane Production with a Biodigester

DARIO CORSILLO — UNIVERSITÉ de SHERBROOKE, Canada

This project is aiming to set in place a biodigester for an organic farm in Etcheverry. The important quantity of gas thus produced will be used for different things, between other, to heat greenhouses. The fermentation process produces biogas and hight quality compost that could be used to speed up the crops growth and its quality. This way, the methane production helps to recycle organic waste that would normally end up in the trash can.
