Building of an Ecological Oven
PAUL ALBALADEJO — UNIVERSITÉ JEAN MOULIN LYON 3, France
The construction of this oven took place in the framework of our communal farm project. The objective is to create a shared space with the neighbours to set an example and raise awareness about self-sufficiency and production of healthy and cheap aliments. The oven was built following the plans of the Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA) (“National Agricultural Technology Institute”), which can be found here.
